Review: I strip and wax floors professionally for about 25 years, for the places that did not want to spend a lot of money on a strip and wax zep was my go-to because it was cheaper than the name brand commercial wax. However, now four gallons is 92 dollars, to many companies are taking advantage of the inflation talk, this was 57 dollars just a few weeks ago, that is one hell of a price hike. For the same price I can get 5 gallons Simoniz wax for 91 dollars and it gives me a gallon more and it is 33 percent solids. I can tell you for a fact the Simoniz will last five times longer because I have used Zep and Simoniz in a School and the Zep did not even come close to the Simoniz or the Betco hard as nails, 33 percent solids is about is tough as you can get, now that the price is the same, I will go with Simoniz. grip coat floor finish. When using zep in a high traffic environment, I have to high-speed buff every week, with Simoniz, I can go a few months without having to buff it. In addition, with Simoniz, you do not need to buy sealer like you do with Zep, the sealer is already in it. Add up all the savings after Zep raising it from 57 dollars to 92 for four gallons and having to buy sealer go with the name brand wax, try out Simoniz grip coat floor finish.

If you apply 2-3 application’s with allowed dry time ×4hrs in-between. Make a day of it. It will be metamorphic. Polishing after. You’ll have to get an electrician to install dimmers. Review: I have terrazzo floors that were put down in 1959. They are old and have been neglexted. I got the Zep neutral floor cleaner, and followed that withthe polish. I’m not a floor cleaner by trade, and I’m sure a professional will see flaws, but Im super happy with the results. This is the process: after floors were scrubbed with the neutral cleaner, lay a coat of polish, let it dry for 30 minutes, buff with a white pad, then lay another another coat. Repeat.
